Embodied Justice Advisory uses a transparent, values-driven pricing model designed to balance expertise, accessibility, and predictability for clients

How pricing works

Embodied Justice Advisory’s base consulting rate is $150 per hour, which reflects advanced licensure, doctoral-level training, and specialized expertise in human rights, immigration evaluations, trauma-informed practice, and organizational change. Instead of open-ended hourly billing, most offerings are structured as fixed-fee service packages with a clear breakdown of what is included and how many hours of expert work each package covers.​

Fixed-fee service packages

Service fees are aligned with the depth of work, preparation, and follow-up required so that clients know exactly what they are investing in from the beginning. Each package includes defined deliverables—such as reports, policies, strategic plans, workshops, or court-ready evaluations—so organizations can clearly see the value and outcomes associated with their investment.​

Why the rates are fair

Rates are benchmarked against current nonprofit, DEI, human rights, and clinical consulting markets and are intentionally set in the lower-to-middle range for this level of specialization and responsibility. The work directly affects high-stakes outcomes for organizations and immigration cases, so pricing reflects the expertise, liability, and care required to do this work with integrity and rigor.​

Accessibility and sliding scale

Accessibility is a core value, so sliding scale options are available for grassroots groups, community-based organizations, and individuals with demonstrated financial need. Services can also be scoped modularly or phased over time, allowing smaller organizations to access targeted support that fits their current capacity and budget.​

Clarity, consent, and predictability

Before any engagement begins, clients receive a customized proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, total investment, and what is and is not included. Any additional hours beyond the agreed scope are always discussed in advance and billed at the standard hourly rate, ensuring there are no financial surprises and every step is grounded in informed consent.
